Reasons for Returns

You may return your items to us under the following conditions:

1. Faulty Items

If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change of Mind

We offer returns for change of mind, subject to the terms outlined in our Change of Mind Policy (see below for details).

How to Return Your Items

General Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition, with:

  • Original product tags attached.
  • All accompanying paperwork (e.g., certificates, instruction manuals).

Return Options

1. By Shipping

To initiate a return, email us at info@livanq.com.au with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.

  • All shipping return charges must be pre-paid; we do not accept C.O.D (cash on delivery) deliveries.
  • We recommend insuring your return shipment to safeguard against loss or damage.
  • Include a copy of your shipping confirmation or order confirmation email in the package.
  • Ship the return package to:

2. In-Store Returns (If Applicable)

If we operate physical stores, items purchased online may be returned to one of our stores. Bring a printed copy of your tax invoice or order confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We do not reimburse shipping or insurance charges unless otherwise stated.

Return Assessment

All returns are subject to inspection and assessment by our Quality Assurance team.

  • Faulty Items: If a fault is identified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
  • Change of Mind Returns: Items must meet the criteria outlined in the Change of Mind Policy.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable amount of time.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For gifts, refunds can only be processed to the original purchaser's payment method.

Change of Mind Policy

Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:

  • Earrings.
  • Resized rings.
  • Engraved items.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.

Eligibility for Change of Mind Returns

We will gladly accept eligible change of mind returns if:

  1. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).
  2. The item is in As New Condition, meaning:
  • The item has not been worn.
  • There are no scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
  • The item is in its original packaging and includes all paperwork.

Required Documentation

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Original packaging and accompanying documents (e.g., certificates, manuals).

The determination of "As New Condition" is at our sole discretion.
