SECTION 1 – RETURN POLICY
At Livanq, customer satisfaction is a priority. We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
1.2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
1.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
1.4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 2 – WARRANTY CLAIM
Livanq offers a 12-month warranty on all products against manufacturing defects.
2.1. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Wear and tear from normal use.
2.2. To file a warranty claim:
- Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – CHANGE OF MIND
We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase.
3.1. Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
3.2. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
3.3. A restocking fee of 10% of the product price may apply.
3.4. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
